Super Eagles players react to Plateau killings ahead of Argentina clash

Super Eagles players have taken to their social media accounts to mourn those that were killed during attacks on Gashish district of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State on Sunday.

Ahead of Tuesday’s Group D clash with Argentina, the likes of John Ogu, Wilfred Ndidi and Leon Balogun, have expressed their displeasure at the killings via Twitter and urged Nigerians to pray for the victims.

“Please everyone wherever you are pls pray for plateau.#PrayForPlateau,” Ndidi tweeted.

John Ogu tweeted: “#PrayForPlateau. They need our Prayers!!”

“#UnitedWeStandDividedWeFall,” Balogun tweeted with a picture of a candle mouring the victims.
