The former African champions, begin their qualifying campaign, with an away tie against Zambia in October and Eguavoen has called on Gernot Rohr’s men to sit up.

“As we are preparing, other teams are also preparing and that’s why all the boys in our team should know that they have a job to do for Nigeria to qualify for the World Cup,” Eguavoen said on BrilaFM.

The other teams in Group B are Cameroon and Algeria.
