However, on the continent, Nigeria slid from ninth to 10th place.
Algeria remains number one in Africa, followed by Ivory Coast, Ghana, Tunisia, Senegal, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Congo and Egypt in that order.
Argentina are still the highest ranked country in the world with 1419 points. The top three is completed by Germany and Belgium.
