Super Eagles defender, Tyronne Ebuehi signs for Benfica

Benfica have announced the signing of Tyronne Ebuehi from ADO Den Haag on a free transfer.

The Super Eagles defender has signed a contract until 2023 with the Portuguese giants.

Benfica will be competing in next season’s UEFA Champions League, after finishing second in the league.

Ebuehi has been named in Gernot Rohr’s 30-man provisional list for the 2018 World Cup.

The 22-year-old is expected to make the final cut to the tournament in Russia, confirming his rising profile in the last 18 months.
