Super Eagles coach, Rohr explains why Victor Moses has not reported to camp

Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr has explained why Chelsea wing-back, Victor Moses has not yet reported for international duty.

Rohr is expected to trim down his squad after Nigeria clash with the Democratic Republic of Congo at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on Monday evening.

According to the German tactician, he gave Moses one week to rest because the 27-year-old is celebrating his marriage anniversary.

“Victor Moses has one week rest. You know he had a long season,” Rohr told reporters ahead of Nigeria clash with Congo DR.

”He’s also celebrating the first anniversary of his marriage, so I gave him two days more, he will wait for us in London.”

Rohr’s side will face the Three Lions of England on June 2 in London and Moses will be part of the team.
