Suarez ready to hand in transfer request to force through Arsenal move

Wayne Veysey has revealed that unsettled Liverpool striker, Luis Suarez, is set to hand in an official transfer request, after informing the club that he wants to join Arsenal.

Liverpool have given Luis Suarez permission to speak to Arsenal, even if they are adamant that they won’t sell their striker until the Gunners offer £50m-plus.

The Uruguay international is now determined to force the move through.

The 26-year-old made his first appearance for the Reds on Wednesday, after the biting incident that involved Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic and set up the second goal during his 18-minute cameo.
