“Suarez is one of the best” – Ivanovic says he will welcome striker at Chelsea

Branislav Ivanovic has insisted that he does not harbour any grudges with Luis Suarez and would welcome the unsettled Liverpool to Chelsea, if he made the move.

The Uruguay international is currently serving a 10-game ban, after he bit the Blues defender’s arm and has been linked with moves to Arsenal and London rivals, Chelsea.

“About Luis Suarez, I said straight after the game [in April], whatever happened on the field finished there,” the 29-year-old told reporters at a pre-match press conference in Bangkok.

“He’s one of the best strikers in the Premier League. I don’t have any problem with him or doubt about that.”
