A youth leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Timi Frank, has been detained at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja by plain clothes officers of the Department of State Services (DSS).
His passport has also been seized.
Frank, who just arrived from France, has been held for the last 40 minutes without a reason.
