Head coach of Nigeria’s U-23 side, Samson Siasia, has said his team will be looking to score early against Zambia on Sunday.

The Dream Team VI will be facing the South African country, in the first leg, final round of the 2015 All African Games qualifier at the National Stadium in Abuja.

“In our training we are practicing on how to stop the Zambians from making those long kicks. So we have to be compact in the midfield to avoid counter attacks,” Siasia told media.

“I am sure of these boys that they won’t disappoint against Zambia. They just need to play to instruction and we will get a good result on Sunday.

“Our plan is to score early goals and from there the needed confidence will be there to finish the job well.

“We are also calling on Abuja fans to troop out in large numbers to support us. Their support will definitely propel these boys to play well against the Zambians.”
