Samson Siasia has unveiled a list of 21 players, that will travel to Gabon ahead of the All African Games qualifying first leg tie on Saturday.
Arsenal midfielder Alex Iwobi, Enyimba’s Kingsley Sokari and 19 others make the cut. Gero Abdullahi and Aminu Umar are two surprise exclusions from the squad.
The team’s Media Officer Timi Ebikagboro, explained that Umar and Warri Wolves’ striker Freedom Omofonma were excluded because they arrived the camp late from their respective bases.
The Dream Team VI will leave Nigeria for Gabon on Wednesday evening via Ethopia Airlines.
