Head coach of Nigerias U-23 team, Samson Siasia, has included Olajide Samuel Owolabi, to the list of foreign-based players, expected to compete for places in the Olympics squad.
Siasia has already submitted a provisional list of 60 players to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), but is still able to add new names, as he continues to look out for players that will improve the Dream Team VI.
Owolabi currently plays for Nyokobing of Denmark and previously trained with the 2015 All Africa Games team and the U-23 AFCON squad, but did not make it to the tournaments.
The 21-year-old also trained with Manu Garbas U-20 side before the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand, but suffered an injury that ruled him out.
