Shettima orders CJTF to hand over four Boko Haram members arrested in Malari [PHOTOS]

Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State has Directed the Civilian JTF in Konduga to hand over the four Boko Haram terrorists they arrested in Malari village to security agents.

Shettima, who stated this while receiving thousands of villagers displaced by the boko haram insurgents, also announced a donation of N3 Million to the IDPs from Malari village and Konduga town.

He equally gave civilian JTF in the area, Malari village and Konduga town N500,000 cash as incentives.

The Governor further assured the IDPs that government would provide them with adequate security and food to cater for them as efforts were being made to rebuild their communities destroyed by the Boko Haram insurgents.

Sympathising with the IDPs, the Governor said arrangements had been put in place to convey them to refuge camps in Maiduguri before their houses would be reconstructed.

Addressing some of the IDPs at the resident of village head of Malari, the governor said very soon their problem will be a thing of the past.

He also announced a donation of N200,000 each to the 20 families and relations of those that lost their loved. He commended the civilian JTF for their sacrifices.

Governor Kashim Shettima assured them that President Buhari will rebuild their destroyed communities, while the state government will continue to cater for their welfare, health and safety.

In his remark , the State APC Chairman Alhaji Ari Bukar Dalori expressed appreciation and gratitude to the governor and thanked the village heads and the civilian JTF for their support and cooperation.
