Shettima condoles Shehu of Borno over step mother’s death

Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima, on Monday paid a condolence visit to the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai El-Amin El-Kanemi over the death of his step mother, Ya-Gumsu Nana Bashir Garbai.

Shettima, who prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest, described the departure of the Shehu of Borno’s step mother as a great loss not only to her immediate family and the Borno Emirate Council but the entire state.

Responding, the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai El-Amin El-Kanemi thanked Governor Kashim Shettima for the condolence visit, praying that Allah rewards him abundantly.
