The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole has arrived the residence of a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ibrahim Shekarau, ahead of his planned defection.
Oshiomhole’s arrival at Shekarau’s residence in Kano was disclosed by Salihu Tanko Yakasai, the Special Adviser on Media to Kano State governor, Abdullahi Ganduje via his Twitter page.
Sharing a video of the APC National Chairman’s arrival, Yakasai wrote: “Comrade Adams Oshiomole and H.E @GovUmarGanduje have just arrived at the residence of His Excellency Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau ahead of his defection to APC tomorrow. KANO TA DINKE!”
He had earlier disclosed that Shekarau would be received into the APC by Oshiomhole, a National leader of the party, Bola Tinubu among others.
