Shehu Sani speaks on abduction of VOA reporter’s wife, child

The Senator representing Kaduna central, Shehu Sani has reacted to death of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, officer, and the abduction of the wife and child of a reporter with the Voice of America, VOA, in Kaduna State.
Recall that an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, was on Wednesday killed after suspected kidnappers abducted the wife and child of a reporter, Nasir Birnin-Yero, with the VOA.
Reacting to the news, Shehu Sani while praying for the family of the murdered officer, condemned the act.
He called on security agencies to intensify search for the perpetrators of crime and rescue the victims.
Sani, in a tweet wrote ”The kidnapping of the wife of @VOAAfrica corespondent Nasir Birnin Yero and the Killing of FRSC official Sabitu Abdulhamid in Kaduna State stands condemned.
”I join the families in prayers while calling on security agents to intensify efforts to rescue the hostage.”
