According to Adamu, the establishment of the radio frequency, was to end the perennial farmers-herders crises across the country.
The Minister explained that the radio service would operate on frequency of 720KHz and would air in Fulani language.
In another development the Katsina State government, on Friday declared stiff penalty for kidnappers and cattle rustlers in the state. It declared penalty of a death sentence against kidnappers and cattle rustlers in the state.
Katsina, kidnappers State Governor, Aminu Bello Masari made the disclosure shortly after signing two laws, the penal code and procedure laws in the state.
In reaction, Shehu Sani tweeted, “Death sentence and Radio station for the Fulanis will not fully and permanently address the crisis we face as a nation today.
“We must restructure this nation politically and economically in line with recommendations of the past conferences reports, now eaten by termites in our shelves.”
