Manchester City forward, Raheem Sterling has disagreed with Juventus defender, Leonardo Bonucci over the latter’s comments that the racist chants reportedly directed at striker, Moise Kean during Juventus’ Serie A 2-0 win over Cagliari was a “50-50” blame.

Bonucci told Sky Sport Italia: “Kean knows that when he scores a goal, he should celebrate that with his teammates. He knows he could have done something different too.

“There were racist jeers after the goal, Blaise heard it and was angered. I think the blame is 50-50, because Moise shouldn’t have done that and the Curva (Cagliari fans) should not have reacted that way.”

But reacting to Bonucci’s comments, Sterling, who has been subjected to racial abuse on multiple occasions this season, tagged Bonucci in his Instagram post on Wednesday and wrote: “The blame is 50-50. All you can do now is laugh.”

Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba also disagreed with Bonucci’s comments as he wrote: “I support every fight against racism, we are all equal.”
