Scores injured as herdsmen attack Benue community

Several persons have been injured with about two killed after suspected herdsmen attacked Branch Umenger in Guma local government area of Benue State.

DAILY POST gathered that the armed herdsmen inflicted injuries on children and some village elders when they attacked on Thursday morning.

Those killed in the latest attack, sources told this reporter, were one James Apav and Ataki Mageri.

The attackers were also said to have razed Tse Sameka village.
