Senate President, Bukola Saraki has reacted to the death of the elder sister of Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa, Hajia Ade Marafaz.
DAILY POST reported that suspected armed bandits on Tuesday morning allegedly killed the elder sister of Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa, Hajia Ade Marafa in Ruwan Bore community in Gusau Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
It was gathered that the armed bandits who stormed their residence also abducted the deceased husband.
Reacting to the incident, Saraki on his Twitter page condemned the killing of Marafa’s sister.
The senate president wrote: “I am deeply saddened to hear about the killing of Senator Kabiru Marafa’s elder Sister, Hajiya Ade Marafa, by suspected bandits in Ruwan Bore village, Gusau, Zamfara, and the abduction of her husband, Alhaji Ibrahim and his brother.
“Such evil acts must have no place in Nigeria.”
