Brazilian superstar Neymar, is finally set to move to Europe, after his club Santos confirmed that they had accepted two bids for the forward.

Although Santos did not name the two clubs involved, it is widely believed that they are Spanish giants, Real Madrid and Barcelona, with Neymar believed to prefer a move to the Nou Camp.

“Santos FC announces that it has received two proposals for the athlete Neymar da Silva Santos Junior,” a statement on the Santos website read.

“Given the offers and conditions of the player’s contract, the management committee of the club decided to transfer the player.

“Neymar Jr and his father are expected in Belmiro to choose which proposal the athlete will accept.”

Neymar has however made it clear, that he is not in a rush to pick his next club and will take his time to make a choice.

“This is an honour, the happiest moment of my life,” he told globoesporte.globo.com. “I will now think carefully about these two proposals.

“I will decide with my family. I’m in no hurry. The decision may come out in five minutes, half an hour or three days.”

The bid is reported to be around €25million – €40million short of his release clause, as his current contract runs out next year.
