Former Real Madrid defender Miguel Salgado has said that the club’s superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo will not find club that will treat him better than the Santiago Bernabeu owners.
The Portugal captain had indicated he wanted to leave citing unfair treatment by Spain’s tax authorities.
Following the development, both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with a move for Ronaldo.
But Salgado, speaking to reporters in Guatemala, said, “Real Madrid do not want Cristiano to leave.
“He will not find a club that gives him more than Madrid.”
