Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, is pinning for a return to Manchester United.
According to Italian football expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, Ronaldo has told his agent, Jorge Mendes, to do “everything he can” to make the move a reality.
Although Paris Saint-Germain are desperate to pay whatever it takes to sign the 32-year-old this summer, the player prefers a return to Old Trafford.
This comes amid news that Ronaldo told Sir Alex Ferguson six weeks ago (http://dailypost.ng/2017/06/18/ronaldo-told-ferguson-six-weeks-ago-ready-quit-real-madrid/), that he is ready to leave the La Liga club.
According to the UK Mirror, Ronaldo confided in his former United boss, that he was unsettled at the Bernabeu, weeks before the tax allegations became public.
The Portugal captain and Ferguson have remained close since his £80million move to Real Madrid and chat regularly when their paths cross.
It is believed that this conversation took place, after Madrid defeat Juventus in the Champions League final in Cardiff on June 3.
