Ronaldo’s agent to meet with Manchester United this week

According to reports in the UK and Spain, Manchester United will meet Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent in the next few days, to discuss a possible return to Old Trafford.

The Portuguese winger left the club for Real Madrid in 2009, but is believed to be interested in a move back to England, after reportedly turning down the offer of a new contract at the Bernabeu.

The 28-year-old is also wanted by Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain, and is demanding around £350,000-a-week on his next contract. Added to that, David Moyes would have to cough out a huge sum for Ronaldo, who United sold for a record £80million.

Both camps have refused to comment on the speculation, but new developments cannot be ruled out, as new Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti admitted that there will be few ins and outs.
