Rohr, assistants arrive Nigeria ahead of Zambia game


Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr and some of his assistants, have arrived in Abuja on Sunday, as they continue preparations for next week’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.

The German has also been provided with accomodation in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

The NFF reportedly asked him and the foreign-based playes in the team, to buy their flight tickets and get a refund.

Rohr will now begin work with his with technical assistant Jean Luc Royer and video analyst Nabil Trabelsi, ahead of the crucial clash with some of the players in camp.

His Nigerian assistants, chief coach Salisu Yusuf and Imama Amapakabo, who won the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) title with Enugu Rangers, are expected to join him by Monday.
