A yet-to-be identified man was on Tuesday stripped naked and beaten to a pulp in Lagos state.
Angry mob who pounced on him, tied his hands and legs, stripped him naked after he was reportedly caught in the act at NHIS building 112, Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja, the state capital at about 7:00am.
