Real Madrid have told Paris Saint-Germain, that if they are interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, they would have to pay €1billion.
The French champions have been linked with the Portugal captain for a long time and there are rumours that they will make a bid next summer.
Madrid president, Florentino Perez, has now stated that there is no chance of that happening, except the club owned by Qatar Sports Investment, are ready to smash every existing transfer record.
“If PSG want Ronaldo, it’s easy: they have to pay the release clause: €1 billion,” the Blancos supremo told Cadena COPE.
“No one is a prophet in football but we don’t want to sell him in 2016. There are still three years left on his contract.”
