Real Madrid vs Eibar: Zidane’s men win 3-0, five points behind Barcelona

Real Madrid thumped Eibar 3-0 on Sunday night, to keep pace with La Liga leaders and fierce rivals, Barcelona.

Paulo Oliveira’s own goal set Zinedine Zidane’s men on their way in the 18th minute.

10 minutes later, Marco Asensio doubled Real’s lead. The Spanish youngster swiveled after collecting a pass from Isco to fire int the bottom corner.

Marcelo rounded off scoring with eight minutes left at the Santiago Bernabeu, after a beautiful one-two with Karim Benzema.

Zidane’s men now have 20 points from nine league games in third place, five points behind Barca.
