Real Madrid are desperate to land Kylian Mbappe from Monaco and will sell Alvaro Morata to Manchester United, to fund a world-record bid.
This was revealed by Sky Sports reporter, Kaveh Solhekol, via his Twitter account on Thursday.
“Meeting today between Kylian Mbappé & his advisers and Monaco. Real Madrid want him. World record deal would be part funded by Morata sale,” he wrote.
Earlier this week, Spanish sports newspaper, AS, reported that Madrid are willing to pay up for £100million for the 18-year-old and loan him back to Monaco for a year .
Mbappe is the most wanted player in Europe, with Arsenal, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain all interested in signing the teenager.
