Real Madrid table world record £85m bid for Bale

According to Skysports, Real Madrid have sent in a £85million bid for Tottenham Hotspurs winger, Gareth Bale.

The story has it that the bid has been on Spurs’ table for over a week and Bale is aware of the huge offer. The Welshman is also understood to be frustrated by his club’s insistence on not accepting the world record bid from the Spanish giants.

The bid will not include any players moving from Madrid, as earlier speculations claimed.
