Real Madrid vice-captain, Marcelo says he has not received any offer from Serie A champions, Juventus, amid reports of interest from the Turin club.
Marcelo was heavily linked with a move to join former teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus before the transfer window closed in the summer.
The Brazilian has, however, rubbished the rumours that he has received an offer from Juve, adding that he is a ‘Madridista’ for life.
Speaking after his side’s Champions League 2-1 victory over Viktoria Plzen on Tuesday night, ESPN quoted the defender as saying: “I have not listened to any offer from Juve,”
“I have a contract with Real Madrid, and when I signalled the badge, it was to show that this is Madrid and we always come back.
“[It’s just that — I’ve received no offer. I went to celebrate with [fitness coach Antonio] Pintus.”
He added, “I have said many times that there is nobody more Madridista than me.
“You are looking to get something, but you will get nothing out of me.”
Marcelo’s side will take on Barcelona in the La Liga this weekend.
