Jonathan is expected to lead the Nigerian delegation to the event, which was hold despite the fiercely controversial presidential elections held last December.

Mahama got 50.7% of the votes, while Nana Akufo-Addo, of the opposition party, got 47.3% and has vowed to boycott the ceremony.
