President Buhari arrives NASS, presents 2020 budget [VIDEO]

President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived the National Assembly to present the 2020 Appropriation budget.

He arrived at exactly 2pm alongside his retinue of aides.

Ministers had arrived 30 minutes earlier and waited to receive receive him.
