Raheem Sterling scored a second-half hat-trick, as Manchester City defeated Watford 3-1, to move four points clear in the title race.
Sterling’s first goal was initially ruled out for offside, but after a long discussion, referee Paul Tierney overturned his own decision.
The England winger made it 2-0 four minutes later, converting Riyad Mahrez’s low cross.
He then dinked the ball over Ben Foster to complete his hat-trick.
Substitute Gerard Deulofeu slotted the ball under Ederson from Troy Deeney’s flick-on, to grab a late consolation for the visitors.
Second-placed Liverpool will be hoping to make up ground, when they welcome Burnley on Sunday.
