Manchester United defeated a spirited Watford side 4-2 on Tuesday in the Premier League.
Former Hornets winger, Ashley Young, opened scoring with a quickfire brace within the first 24 minutes of the clash at Vicarage Road.
Anthony Martial added a third for Jose Mourinho’s side, as they established a strong lead going into the break.
However, Watford netted twice late in the second half, thanks to Tory Deeney’s penalty and Abdoulaye Doucoure’s strike.
Jesse Lingard restored the two-goal cushion, to put the result beyond doubt.
Tottenham Hotspur have failed to win their last three fixtures, after losing 2-1 at Leicester City. Newcastle held West Brom to a 2-2 draw, while there were no goals between Brighton and Crystal Palace.
