Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane has won the Premier League Golden Boot for the 2016/2017 season, after scoring 29 times.
Kane overtook Everton’s Romelu Lukaku in the final week of the campaign, thanks to a brilliant four-goal showing against Leicester City in midweek.
The 23-year-old becomes the first player since Robin van Persie in 2012/2013, to retain the prize.
Since the turn of the year, Kane has scored 21 times in just 17 appearances, including four hat-tricks.
His final treble of the season came on the last day, as Spurs hammered Hull City 7-1 at the KCom Stadium.
Alexis Sanchez and Lukaku also scored in Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Everton at the Emirates on Sunday.
