Police IG, MD Abubakar set to wed 35-year-old lover in September

One year after losing his wife, Maryam Abubakar to cancer, the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar has found love again in the arms of one 35-year-old Safiya.

The 53-year-old police boss is set to walk down the aisle with his new heartthrob on September 14, 2013.

Insiders disclosed that preparations are in top gears for the three-day wedding, which is expected to attract crème de la crème of the society.

DailyPost learnt that the wedding would properly take place on September 14, in yet to be revealed venue.

However not much known of the lucky lady, but sources say the duo have been in hot romance since MD’s wife passed on last year January.
