Jim Ovia, former Managing Director of Zenith Bank and billionaire business man, has pulled down the two-storey building, that stood on his Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island property.
Ovia, has converted the space to a temporary car park, which will serve people who rent his event place, Civic Centre, which shares a fence with it.
Those in the know, claim that he is planning to build a massive structure, probably a hotel, on the plot later this year.
