Women in their hundreds on Thursday morning took to the streets of Owerri, the Imo State capital to protest the relocation of a popular market, Eku Ukwu.
Dressed in black attires and chanting songs of ‘please hear our cry,’ the women protested the decision of the state Governor, Rochas Okorocha to relocate the market.
