PHOTONEWS: Wike, Amaechi attend DSS security meeting

‎A security meeting called by the Department of State Services, DSS, between the Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike and his predecessor, now Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi brought the two political rivals under the same roof since the battle for supremacy in Rivers started.

It is the first time the two met since their relationship became severed since 2012.

Details about what was discussed in the meeting has remained undisclosed but DAILY POST believes it’s not unconnected to violent attacks that have marred peaceful conduct of elections in the state.
