PHOTONEWS: Residents excited as ice rain drops in Ekiti

Excitement ran high in Ekiti State on Sunday as the state capital, Ado Ekiti witnessed ice rain, dropping the temperature to about 20° Celsius.

The drops were noticed during a rain which began at about 8 p.m on Saturday and ended in the wee hours of Sunday.

Residents, mostly students of the State University and the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, took snapshots of the ice.
