Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday welcomed protesting members of the organized labour at Aso Rock.
The organized labour comprising the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, and Trade Union Congress, TUC, had earlier today embarked on a peaceful protest to the Presidential villa..
They were received and addressed by Osinbajo, Minister of Labour and Productivity, Dr. Chris Ngige, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu.
Recall that just a few days ago, aggrieved#ISTANDWITHNIGERIA protesters had similarly marched to the Presidential Villa, insisting their voices be heard but were prevented by security operatives from gaining access to the Villa..
