Members of the #BringBackOurGirls, BBOG, advocacy group in the United States, U.S, on Wednesday embarked on a protest in demand for the release of the missing Chibok school girls.
The protest was held in front of the Nigeria House as they held placards reminding President Muhammadu Buhari of the girls still held captive by the Boko Haram sect.
The placards had inscriptions like: “President Buhari where are our 218 Chibok girls”
“884 days still missing #ChibokGirls”
“President Buhari you know where your children are, where are our Chibok girls”
The spokesperson at the Nigeria House, Bolaji Akinremi, received a letter from the group addressed to President Buhari, which requested him to hasten up action towards the release of the missing school girls.
