Another Abia State lawmaker, representing Ohafia north constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Mandela Obasi has empowered his constituents with cutlasses and hoes.
This is coming barely a week after the senator representing Abia north zone in the National Assembly, Mao Ohuabunwa distributed frying pans to constituents as part of his empowerment programme.
