Perisic to leave for Manchester United if Inter Milan buys replacement

Inter Milan manager, Luciano Spalletti, has admitted that Manchester United target Ivan Perisic could leave this summer if he finds a realistic replacement.

United, which has already signed Romelu Lukaku for £75million and Victor Lindelof for £30.7m, has been heavily linked with a move for the 28-year-old.

Perisic is currently involved in Inter’s pre-season tour of China and Singapore.

“He’s an important player in the team and we’re counting on him to start the new season.

“Sure, there were rumours, but the status quo is that we want to keep Perisic.

“Having said that, if someone comes in with a very difficult offer to reject, then we’ll consider that.

“But, of course, we’ll need to find a valid alternative for Perisic as well,” Spalletti said.
