Pedro Rodriguez will hold a press conference at Barcelona on Monday, to officially announce his exit from the club.
The 28-year-old has signed for Premier League champions Chelsea, after Jose Mourinho beat Manchester United to his transfer.
Pedro decided to leave the Nou Camp, after he found himself further down the pecking order under Luis Enrique, who preferred the front three of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.
However, the Spain international will get a chance to say goodbye properly to fans and answer questions from reporters on Monday.
A statement on the Barcelona’s official website read: “Pedro Rodríguez will appear before the press on Monday 24 August at 1.00pm CET.
“The venue will be the press room at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
“Pedro played 321 games for the first team, scoring 99 goals before last Thursday’s move to Chelsea”.
