Afolabi said the delay in judgement process has since the crisis robbed Nigerians the opportunity to provide vibrant opposition to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

He said the judgement when delivered will allow the people to enjoy vibrant opposition in the country as the ruling party continues to drive the nation’s economy backward in all ramifications.

“As an interest group under PDP, we call on the Chief Justice of the country and National Judicial Council to act fast on delivering of fair justice on the leadership crisis of the party as justice delayed is justice denied.

Afolabi enjoined party faithful to remain resolute as they await the judgement.

“We equally enjoin the party faithful to keep faith in PDP as the party remains the only hope for the nation to get them out of the economy quagmire, abject poverty and maladministration that the ruling party have put the nation”.

Afolabi said, “We further buttress our points by indicating that it’s difficult for the common man in the country to eat three square meals because salaries are not being paid as and when due, job opportunity has left the nation since the exit of PDP, our health sector has been so deteriorated that our President has to leave the business of governance to seek for solution to his health in United kingdom.”
