PDP faults Amaechi’s book presentation in Lagos

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Rivers state has criticised Governor Rotimi Amaechi for choosing Lagos state to present his book.

The PDP in their critic also noted that the book does not reflect the true story of Amaechi’s years as the Governor of Rivers state.

Assistant Publicity Secretary of PDP in the state, Sam Nwanosike in his reaction attributed the choice of Lagos by Amaechi for the Presentation of the book to his perception of people’s anger for him.

He said the book did not address the House of Assembly fracas, the Judicial crises and other issues Amaechi failed to address before leaving office.

“The reason why Governor Amaechi presented his book in Lagos is because he knows that Rivers people are disenchanted. Rivers people are disappointed of hid 8year rule as a governor.

“Another reason he went to Lagos is because he spent almost 50% of our resources in Lagos.

“Did Amaechi include in his book that under his administration two arms of government was shut down?” the PDP stalwart quizzed.
