Ozil compares Ronaldo and Sanchez

There was not a lot to seperate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Alexis Sanchez, when Mesut Ozil was asked to pick one.

The German midfielder was taking questions from Arsenal fans at a Q&A session during the club’s annual Members’ Day.

When asked to compare his former Real Madrid team-mate Ronaldo and Sanchez, who he currently plays with at the Emirates, he replied:

“They are two different players”. This is undeniable – and definitely true.

“Ronaldo is a player who scores a lot of goals and Alexis is a player that plays for the team. You see that in the game, he runs a lot for the team, fights for the team.

“I just enjoy playing with these players, they are both great players for me”.

Ozil will begin his third season with the Gunners this month.
