Oyo State chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), has felicitated with its patron who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Naira Bet, Mogaji Akin Alabi, on his 40th birthday.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists in Ibadan on Thursday by the association’s state Chairman, Comrade Niyi Alebiosu, Oyo SWAN “Eulogized Mogaji Alabi for his philanthropic and humanitarian activities”
Alebiosu who also “Acknowledged the Naira Bet boss’ continued support for Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan and sports writers in the state, prayed for long life and divine blessing for him”.
Our correspondent gathered that the Ibadan-born business cum politician who is also the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency in the 2015 general elections clocks 40 this weekend.
