A 37-year-old Ojo Olayinka, has emerged as the gubernatorial candidate of Oyo State chapter of the Mega Party of Nigeria (MPN), ahead of the 2019 general elections.
Ojo was declared a consensus candidate during the gubernatorial primary election of the party held at the party’s secretariat in Ibadan, the state capital on Sunday.
DAILY POST learnt that Ojo is currently the youngest gubernatorial candidate in the state.
The State Chairman of the party, Alhaji Ibrahim Kolawole, while speaking said the party was ready to reposition the state and make life better for the people.
Ojo promised to work with all stakeholders in the state to ensure sustainable development in the state.
